Lake Okareka Fire Force Incorporated
The affairs of the Lake Okareka Fire Force shall be administered by a management committee consisting of the chairperson, a secretary and/or treasurer, and two or more committee members, but no more than 10 persons.
The management committee shall:
- Maintain an effective Fire Force with a roll of membership of not less than six and generally not more than thirty volunteers;
- Appoint personnel to vacant positions within the Fire Force;
- Operate a bank account(s) with all degrees for payment to be signed by the chairperson and secretary or treasurer;
- Present an annual report including financial accounts to the Annual General Meeting of the Fire Force;
- Keep all records of all meetings, decisions and correspondence pertaining to the Fire Force; and
- Make provisions for the management committee to meet and dispatch business and regulate their meetings as they think fit.
